Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and custom nature of our products. Please ensure you know your correct ring size, wrist size, or any other measurements before placing an order.
If you have any questions prior to purchasing, we encourage you to reach out—we are happy to help you make the right decision.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement, exchange or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend ensuring a safe delivery address or adding shipping insurance if you are concerned.
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Custom & Personalized Orders
We gladly accept requests for custom and personalized orders. Please message us with your ideas, and we’ll let you know what we can create for you based on current materials and availability.
- Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
- Production times for custom orders may vary, and we will provide an estimated timeline before confirming.
- All custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
General Guidelines
- Product Variations: Many of our items are handcrafted and made with natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, or size are normal and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
- Care Instructions: We recommend following the care guidelines provided with your purchase to help preserve the longevity of your item. Damage caused by improper care, storage, or handling is not covered under our replacement policy.
- Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation, especially on custom or already-shipped orders.
